First Aid is listed on the community wiki as Bind Wound. It doesn’t craft anything. You apply bandages to yourself or another player, and each use is a 6-second channeled heal over time.
To use a bandage, right-click it while targeting yourself or another player. Moving or taking damage while you’re applying it interrupts the bandage early. The person being bandaged can still take damage without breaking it; only the bandager’s damage counts. Each bandage gives the target a 60-second Recently Bandaged debuff, and they can’t be bandaged again until it wears off.
Medic Zafira trains Bind Wound at the Sojourner’s Camp in Night Harbor, and a medic next to her buys excess bandages. In the Underdocks, Medic Florina trains it on the south side below the citadel.
Bind Wound has no recipes. You gain skill by applying bandages to players, and skill-ups still come even when the target is at full health. Higher-tier bandages need a higher character level to use.
Healing values come from the wiki. Dashes are values that haven’t been documented yet.
