Riding covers mounts and pack animals. You need the Riding skill to ride a mount, and any character can start training it at level 15.
Rider Ebraim trains Riding at the Sojourner’s Camp in Night Harbor. A rider next to him sells basic rigging, and a stablemaster nearby sells mounts and pack animals. In the Underdocks, Jorel Farstride trains Riding in the Overreach.
Riding has no recipes of its own. You raise it by riding, and the gear comes from other trades.
Blacksmithing and Leatherworking — craft mount barding and equipment that Riding lets you use.
